WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON NEW ITEMS?

Please email returns@poppiandari.com to receive a return confirmation number. All items must be returned unworn, smell free, and tags still attached back to the store/site within 15 days of purchase. A 20% restock fee will be applied. 

*EXCLUDES: Final sale, Jewelry, Accessories, & Home Products

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY ON USED/CONSIGNMENT ITEMS?

All used/consignment items are FINAL sale and are non-returnable. Each item are examined, steamed, and cleaned before shipment. If you are unsure of the fit, please do not hesitate to reach out to sales@poppiandari.com for recommendation. 

WHAT ARE FINAL SALE ITEMS?

Clearance, Last Chance, Bath, Home Décor, Jewelry, Bralettes, Shoes, and Bathing Suits

WHAT IS YOUR CLIENT HOLD POLICY?

Poppi & Ari will hold items/sizes for 48 hours after your invoice is sent. Please reach out to sales@poppiandari.com if you are no longer interested in the item.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All items purchased before 12PM EST, will be shipped out within 2 business days after receiving payment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS YOUR REFUND?

Your refund will be processed 48 hours after receiving your item.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes, you can now purchase a eGift Card through the Poppi & Ari website!
